Collection of Personal Information
We DO NOT COLLECT ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU TYPE using this app. When you allow full access for Stuggoji keyboard, you may be warned that the keyboard can be used to “transmit anything you type, including things you have previously typed with this keyboard.” This is the standard warning message for all third-party input methods, however Stuggoji Keyboard does not collect any personal information or transmit such information to a server or third party.
Disclosure of Personal Information
As we do not collect any personal information, your personal information is safe will not be disclosed to any third party unless you have consented explicitly to such a disclosure, or where there is a legal requirement for this to happen.
Access Required and Usage
Some of the features (including sending Stuggy stickers and emoji) of Stuggoji keyboard needs you to enable “allow full access.” The App need this access in order to read theme and setting information from the Stuggoji settings app. Stuggoji will only read data, and no personal information will be stored.

Any changes to this policy will be posted to an update of the App. You are advised to regularly view our most recent privacy policy.
PRIVACY POLICY MODEL FOR OUR GAMES
This privacy policy governs your use of our software applications, which include Pocket Wrestling, Pocket Soccer, Jetmania, Pocket Pugilism (“Application”) for mobile devices that were created by North Pole Command Center Limted. The Applications are simple mobile games.
Data this app requests via Android permissions
These apps request various permissions on the Android platform. The following is a list of permissions and how we use the information accessed.
Camera
The camera is used when the user wants to record a replay. We include the Everyplay API which lets the user record themselves as well as the screen while playing. This is the only use of the camera in the game and is completely optional. We have no access to the video created and do not store it or share it anywhere.
Record Audio
The Everyplay API gives the user the ability to record commentary on a game replay. This is the only use for recording audio and is completely optional. We have no access to the audio recorded and sharing it is at the users discretion.
Other Account
The Everyplay API gives the user the ability to share their recordings via various social media platforms. This is the only use for other account access and is completely optional. The sharing functionality is used at the users discretion.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at sean@tillmania.co.uk and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at sean@tillmania.co.uk. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
